The pieces you need for easy do-it-yourself installation are included! Your purchase comes with 1.25" bolts, t-nuts, washers, instructions, and 3/16" Allen wrench. You're good to go!

I built my kids a climbing wall and used these “rocks”. I place their meals at the top of a platform and yell “it’s time to eat”! The one that gets there first gets to eat all the food. I call it the hunger games… my wife and I bet to see which kid will make it up there first. My son with 7 toes doesn’t even try because he can’t grip the “rocks” right… 😔 he just eats whatever food that drops to the ground. the winners alternate because they get slower when they win too much…

Everything was great until I was mounting the last rock and noticed I was one screw short. =( The rocks are small intended for small kids. I have a 4 year old and he climbs fine. My 7 year old on the other hand says they hurt when he climbs them. Meaning they are too small for him. I tired to climb them and they were very sturdy.

Only thing we noticed that they seemed a bit smaller then our previous order. But otherwise they are up and being used. Kids love there rock climbing wall.

Nice rock climbing parts. Used them on a playground I built our 3 and 5 year olds. Five year old has no trouble using them (3 year old hasn't tried). They're sturdy enough to hold me at 170lbs. I secured them to 5/4 deck boards stacked vertically. The screws that came with them were just long enough to make this work. I did have to drill the back side a little large to hold the receiving nut. The nut has little spikes to hold it in place and the part that receives the bolt sits in the wood, but the 5/4 boards were too hard to hammer them in so I drilled out the back side a little larger and it worked well.

I bought this pack to "fill in the blanks" on my rock wall that only came with 6 rocks. These appear just as sturdy as the original ones, however, they actually seem easier for small children to grab/climb/step onto.The only issue I had was that the directions state that you should drill a 1/4" pilot hole, however, this is too small for the T-nut to fit. You must use 5/16" (at least on the T-nut side) pilot hole.Also no biggie but it comes with an allen wrench so you don't need any additional tools (other than drill for the pilot hole). Would have been nice if the included screws were standard phillips head or hex type so that you could use a screwdriver and/or socket wrench to tighten. For a few rocks, the allen wrench made contact with the rock while turning so I had to turn the allen wrench the long way which made it harder to tighten by hand.Just my preference though so still 5 stars.

These are very sturdy climbing wall holds. Some useful details; The package includes the holds, 1 1/4 in bolts and special nuts. They will only work for 1 inch wood unless you counterbore the back or buy 2 1/4 bolts if you used 2x wood. We went and bought the longer bolts as our wood was 2 inches thick.To install you drill holes for your bolts, hammer the nuts into the back and then bolt the holds on. Can be installed in an hour or so but less with 2 people.We tested these over 200 lbs with no issues. Very sturdy even for an adult use so we feel comfortable letting our kids use it. The directions say to put your holds every foot or so which left us buying another package for more holds.

I bought these for my kids playground that I built. They love the rockwall. I built it 8' tall with 2x4s and 1x6s and attached these to it. They were easy to install with the included hardware. These are fairly easy to get ahold of for my both my 2.5 year old and my 5 year old. I also have the wall at about a 20 degree angle to make it easier for them to climb. Overall a great purchase and I should get many years of use out of them.
