I ordered this set of climbing holds for my 3 year old. She wanted a set that included pink ones. This set comes with 4 vibrant pinks in two shades. I picked these pignose (2 bolt) holds because I saw some complaints on other sets of spinning holds due to poor hardware. No problems with these because they are attached at two points. We installed them in 5/4 cedar deck boards, the included hardware is sufficient to just make it through a 5/4 board.There are no instructions so here's what you need. Drill holes with a 3/8" bit. Use a hammer to set the nut on the back of your board. Then use a 6mm allen key or driver to tighten the bolts. 1/4" does not fit, it has to be a 6mm driver.Overall I don't have any complaints. For this price, I'm happy.

Got here quickly. I wish they had come with the proper bit to install. Found one, and got them mounted quickly.

I ordered two packages at the same time. When I received them both in the same shipment I realized one package did not contain the same colors as the other. This might not matter to some people but I specifically ordered this set because of the colors. You will see one package has hot and bright pinks and the other has a muted pink and purple. I tried to reach out to the seller, ended up chatting with Amazon who suggested I make a return. I chose not to do that because I didn’t want to go through the hassle with no guarantee of getting the colors I wanted. I still have to install these so I hope that all goes ok but assume from the color mix up they seem like a good item

We decided to build our own climbing wall and these worked great! Super durable and strong! We liked the colors a lot. We had to drill out the back of the wood a little to make sure the hardware had enough room to cinch tight. The screws were a tad short for the 1x2 boards we used.It’s been up for 9months now in the outdoors in the Pacific Northwest and has held up really well.Kids climb on it a lot and the love it.

I got 22 of these basic plastic climbing holds, so 2 bonus holds(!!!). It feels perfect for my toddlers climbing wall! There is a limited variety of shape and the plastic itself might get scratched up easily (photo). I think of the kids keep climbing or we do something more permanent I’d look for a more rock-like hold and more variety in the shape of the holds. I liked the two anchors to hold these ones, but if you wanted to create something easy to rearrange I’d aim for a one bolt attachment style. The colors aren’t identical to the photo, but pretty close and I like that there’s at least two of each color. I’ll update after install to ensure I have the right amount of bolts and how it looks after!

Loved all of the colorful climbing holds, which is why I purchased these over similar products. Didn’t have any problem with the hardware included as some other reviews did. Our three year old loved the addition to her tree house and so do the neighbor kids!
