I have used this twice now to press herbal tinctures and zip have to say I LOVE it. I'm excited to actually have a place to mount this so it is easier to press without it moving around. A plug for the spout would be helpful though, I had to rig something up.

Very difficult to use. Messy. Difficulty cleaning. Juice does not drain completely out of pan, it pooled above press.
