Changed locations of a few Square D QO circuit breakers which left an open spot where the metal tab had been removed. This plugged that hole with a perfect fit and now the breaker panel meets code.

My insurance company demanded I fill in a blank spot, suitable for a double breaker, in a panel in my house. These fit the panel well, although I needed three to fill the space. I had to trim one to get them to fit, but this was easily done (in my case by a Dremel tool, but it could have been filed down, too. This solved the problem with my insurance company.

Glad to find these. There were several empty punch-outs on my fusebox, and these fit exactly into those spaces. Keeps little fingers out (and not so little fingers.) - electrocution is not a fun experience!! :P
