When I got the box I thought is was too heavy, but after putting them on it is not too bad, although still have to get used to... I really like the curve design which is why I seleceted this one. I do have skinny ankels and this wraps around it exactly as is so no issues with the velcro touching my legs.

this is exactly what i was looking for in an ankle weight. it fits my relatively slim ankles (others i've purchased were too big even in smaller sizes), is light enough to wear all day, and thin enough to wear under baggy pants. the only issue is that the velcro that isn't fully covered rubs against the inside of whatever pants i'm wearing, so fuzz is accumulating on the velcro itself and some of my sweatpants now have fuzzy bottom edges because of this. fortunately, it's the inside of the pants, so not a huge issue.

Due to a traumatic injury, my wife needed these to regain the use of her legs.They are of excellent quality and will last long after her physical therapy (at home) is completed. If you are in the market for ankle weights, please consider these. I know you will not be disappointed.
