This is a great product. We use it in the maintenance of our hot tub. We have never had any issues using the product. It’s a better price here than in our local pool/spa store for the same size. The product is easy to use.

I've used others, but in the last couple years went to Spa Care chemicals for everything. Works Great. Keeps levels in range better than some.

These granules dissolve completely. I cannot stand when chlorine sits in the seats still granulated. This does not do that.

This bottle of chlorine granules broke in shipment. It was all over the inside of the box. This is pure, granular chlorine, and it is a hazmat condition. I am demanding a return of my money.Now that I have calmed down a little bit, what I failed to make clear is that this toxic material was shipped with no cushioning or padding to protect it during transit. It was just placed in an empty box and shipped. The product is wonderful—nothing at all wrong with product. But whoever shipped it with no packaging material needs to have a chat with QA / QC Department MONDAY MORNING.
