This product forms a thin layer of protection on the surface of your pool. When used bi-weekly, this product will prevent excessive water evaporation, minimize heat loss and reduce the amount of pool chemicals needed to maintain your pool. Shake bottle before use. With the filtration system on, pour 4 oz. per 15,000 gallons of pool water in front of the jets at the deep end of the pool, or into the skimmer. Run the filtration system daily. Repeat this dosage every 2 weeks, for maximum effect.

Product works great, just wondering why it jumped 25$ all of a sudden?
Amazing product, perfect for mixed hair types

This works great to prevent water loss in the pool and to warm the pool. This is the warmest my pool has ever been because it is shaded by neighbouring trees. I have not had to fill/top off the pool since adding this product

Really doesn't work as described. My pool lost heat! I read instructions & followed them! Never buying again!

Made no difference at all to the pool temperature. Looses all its heat at night just the same. Should’ve stuck to the seahorse bottles I got the year before

Best product I’ve ever used in the last 3 years. As we live in central Florida we can use our pool most of the year. So if you want a great product that does what is advertised this is worth the money I am very happy with it and will get more for next year.

Wasn’t sure what to expect, has exceeded expectations. Started using in my 20x40 gunite pool in Long Island, ny in early June and it has maintained my pool above 80 for 10 days straight without using my pool heater. I’ve owned this house for 11 years and have never achieved 80 or above without the pool heater during the month of June! Used 8 ounces since my pool is around 35k gallons (4 ounces per 15k gallons).

We are located in Southern California. Water is expensive and it gets hot in the summer. We wanted to try this product to "hopefully" keep evaporation down and heat in. This product did neither. A week before we added "Heat Trapper" I measured the pool temperature and the daily evaporation rate. The average air temperature was 85 degrees. The average water temp was 77 degrees. The average evaporation rate was 1/4 inch in a 24 hour period. We added "Heat Trapper" exactly according to the directions. We waited 24 hours to let the product circulate through the system. The average daily temperature was 85 degrees, same as the week before. Also no significant wind and no rain. The first photo is on day one, the second photo is 24 hours later and the third is another 24 hours. I also kept track and measured the temperature of the water. There was absolutely NO CHANGE in either. The water temp and evaporation rate was the same as the week before we adding this product. There is nothing on the label of this product telling consumers what it contains (hummm). How many products do you purchase without a list of ingredients. After some calls and online research I found it contains Propylene glycol. You can do your own research to decide if you want to introduce this chemical into your pool. The only thing we found that works is a physical cover.
