Great concept. Poor quality connection between the lower third of the pole which allowed water to penetrate. Its only effective below the spa seats because of the buoyancy design.

This thing is cool and easy to use! Its design is elegant in that it simply uses gravity and differential pressure to create an underwater vacuum. Recommended!

Functionality is very good when it stays together, however it separates frequently which makes it very frustrating. Not a very good seal connection. However, after contacting customer support they made good on refund. This deserves credit for standing behind their product.

There are options for a spa vacuum. I chose this product because it does not use a battery or motor. I was pleasantly surprised at the quality of of the device. The components are made of solid, quality material which I expect will last a long time. The product is very easy to assemble and use. The length of the arm is easily adjustable which allows the vacuum to be used from a variety of positions. Most importantly it works well! It just takes seconds to get dirt and other particles from the bottom of the spa. My one suggestion to the manufacture is to add a QR code to the instructions that links to a video to show how to assemble the product. I found the instructions slightly confusing.
