I lost my money . By the time you figure out the controls the products fail after a month or so and you can't return it . It sucks.

No my favorite. I should have gotten a proper box. This is hard to store. It isn’t easily moved about. It does get hot, warm and it comes with a durable cover.

Edit: I was using it incorrectly. If used correctly which I do now it works great.I like the idea. But the thermostat did not work correctly. 78 degrees is actually about 100 and it bakes your dough. I do like the cover but that's not worth the price or what you're paying for.

Don’t waste your money. If you set it for 81°, it should stay at that temp with minor fluctuations. Not this thing. If I wanted 20° fluctuations I would’ve just left the sourdough in a drafty place. No user manual either which is super helpful. Can’t even google it
