I absolutely love this product! The other products I considered only offered the container. This product was a full kit and perfect for someone just beginning their sourdough journey. The sturdy red spatula is a must to stir the thick flour by/water mixture when making my starter. The instruction book is a great addition with wonderful recipes and QR codes that lead you to very helpful information. I can’t recommend this product enough - my first loaf turned out perfect! They also have amazing customer service if you have any questions.

Needed another jar for baking more sourdough. I keep one in the fridge then when I bake take it out the night before and feed it. Next morning I split it in and feed both jars then I have enough stater to make 4 loaves at once. Then I pour the 2 together and back in the fridge with the starter and I clean the other 1 for next time works great. Comes with a nice little recipe book and the spatula is plenty long enough for the jar. The jar itself is kind of light but all in all it is a very nice set for the money. Highly recommend !

I really love this I am first time sourdough and I had it in a pint size mason jar it’s the perfect size comes with a temp decal so you know the temp at all times. I love the little ladle it comes with its silicone and so durable it works wonders. It’s really nice product for the money. Very easy to clean it don’t have the ridges in it like the mason jar does. I also love the little cover it comes with says all set to bake. I definitely recommend

I love this, it's so convenient. The size is just right, the straight walls are so convenient, and the cotton and silicone lids work as intended and hold on well while still being easy to put on and off.It's holding up great, and all the extra included items are great too, especially the stir stick, because it has a slight bend like a long thin spoon which is convenient to use and much better than the stir stick spatula I had already that is straight flat.The handle is unobtrusive and works well, overall I seriously love this. I bought a different set for a 2nd sourdough version I'm starting and that package and glass container isn't anywhere near as nice and convenient as this is. This feels solid and sturdy without being clunky or heavy to use. I love that the measurement is written on the side of the glass too, that's so convenient.Incidentally, I'm using the Bakerita's gluten free sourdough starter recipe and gf bread recipes, and it worked fantastic on the first try! What a dream!!

Three days after I received my order, I ordered it again so I would have a backup!All of the tools are excellent, durable and makes everything so much easier. I highly recommended using these tools.

There are tons of these to choose from and I feel like I got really lucky picking this one! I needed some back up jars for when I am cleaning my other ones and went with two of these guys. All the extra little goodies it came with were such a delight, and the little cookbook it comes with is really amazing! It tells you everything you need to know about sourdough in the beginning and has a whole bunch of really good recipes. They sent a coupon with the order which I just used to get their adorable bacon grease canister which will go perfectly in my kitchen. Thank you for providing such a quality product at a reasonable price. Even the spurtle it comes with is a cut above the average!

I really wanted to love this. It looks like a cool set, but the jar is very thin and theirs a really thin piece of glass that you use to hang the rubber spatula on the side of the jar. It looks cool but is not practical. Too much chance of it braking since it's so thin. I just can't take the chance. I'm afraid to even wash it!!

I bought this for my wife to help with her southern dough starter. I secretly bought it because we use mason jars and I hate washing the crusty after dough. She loves using this for her starter. The size is perfect, the glass allows her to warm it in the oven. The lid that doubles as a bottom cover keeps it from sliding around the counters and she can keep tabs on the growth without using a rubber band. The best part is how easy it is to clean! The scrapper and recipe book were also nice extras she loves.
