It was very helpful in comforting my cats during a severe thunderstorm we were having. It’s is very simple easy to use and has great sound control. You definitely need to try this and it is worth every penny spent. It has great volume control as well.

Excellent sound quality. Charge lasts a long time. BEST part is you can upload your own mp3 songs and sound bites onto the mini SD disk! I used it to play a mother cats purr for my 4 newborn orphan kittens - worked perfectly on a loop

I initially gave 2 stars because the machine stopped working after 5 or 6 months. The seller responded to my review, offering suggestions on what the problem might have been. Sadly, I had already disposed of the item. But they sent me a new one and all is good. Lessons learned: contact the seller if you have issues.Original review: It was somewhat helpful when it worked, but it died after about 6 months. The power light was on, but no sound at all, no matter what we tried.

I bought this sound machine to help my cat relax and be less stressed with loud noises and everyday noises in my apartment when I'm at work. His stress causes urinary blockage....I'm trying everything....special food, meds and now music.....I think the music has had a positive effect on him.....fingers crossed that it continues....

Purchased two of these sound boxes in January 2023; one for me and one for my dogs. Now it’s December and one stopped working altogether (the one for me). Tried removing and re-inserting the SIMS card and nothing. Tried a different outlet and a different plug-in adaptor and nothing. For the price, this item should have lasted longer than about 10 months. When it worked, it worked great. Now it doesn’t. Why should I waste my money on another one? I’ll be curious to see how long the second one lasts.

We keep this plugged in since it is needed for more than 4 hrs which is how long the charge will last. It works great and has great volume range. Our dog has anxiety issues and loud bangs or noises set her off. She is not ripping up her bedding anymore. Wish we had found this sooner. UPDATE, I have to pop the SD card out and push back in every time to get it to work. That was after about four months of use. I do use it for total of eight hours a day 5 days a week.
