After Using Teapot Dry the water stains on the surface with a soft cloth, and then place the teapot in a ventilated place to dry the remaining water on the surface.
About Cleaning Dishwashing liquid is not recommended, just wash the teapot with water.
How To Remove Rust If the iron kettle rusts due to improper use, don't worry! You can smear the rusted place with lemon or pour some vinegar on the rusted place, and wipe it with a rag to effectively prevent the iron kettle from rusting.

We only use this to brew tea, never put it on the stove. It was alright initially. After some time I've discovered the enamel is coming off. Just because there was so much I could see it in the brew today, I took a look and saw more than half is gone. Not sure what effects I should expect, if any, from drinking this in over the past years. Definitely not using this again, and going to choose porcelain for the next pot - in the hope that is more stable?

Very nice little cast iron teapot. So nice, it lives on my stove when not in use. Good size and the included basket works as expected.

Just received this teapot, it looks better than expected. It is also smaller than expected, but perfect for two or three people. It is made in China, so may not be for the purest. This style of cast iron teapots originated in Japan, however, there is no secret in the technique, so there is no reason people from other countries can not master it. For me, I am looking for a Japanese style cast iron teapot, beautiful, inexpensive, with enamel coating inside and can be directly boiled over the stove top, and this one fits the bill. My only concern is that the flowers on the teapot look very uniform. My guess is that they were stamped onto the sand mold, not hand carved individually.

I recently purchased this 1200 ml green ceramic iron teapot and it has quickly become a cherished item in my kitchen. The first thing to catch my eye was its stunning design. The green color is rich and vibrant, giving the teapot a look of elegance and sophistication. It's not just a teapot; it's a piece of art.The quality of this teapot is outstanding. The ceramic iron build ensures durability and longevity. It feels sturdy in hand, yet beautifully crafted. The size is perfect for serving several cups of tea, ideal for gatherings or for someone who enjoys multiple cups of tea throughout the day. What impressed me most is the teapot's functionality. It retains heat exceptionally well, keeping the tea at the perfect temperature for a longer duration. This is a significant upgrade from my previous teapots. The pour is smooth, and the handle is comfortable to hold, making serving a breeze.Cleaning the teapot is surprisingly easy. Despite its intricate design, it's very practical for regular use. The interior doesn't stain easily, and any tea residue rinses out without hassle. This teapot is not just a functional item; it's an experience enhancer. Whether it's a quiet morning tea or hosting friends, this teapot adds a special touch to the occasion. Its soothing green color, combined with its robust build, makes it a standout item.In summary, if you're a tea enthusiast looking for a blend of style, functionality, and quality, this green ceramic iron teapot is a perfect choice. It would also make a fantastic gift for anyone who appreciates a good cup of tea. Highly recommended for its beauty, quality, and practicality.

I’m fortunate enough to have a full-blown tea merchant just a few miles from where I live. They carry all manner of teas and the knowledge every dedicated tea consumer requires to enjoy the number 2 beverage worldwide (second only to plain water). For example, did you know that different teas have different effects on people? Some teas have psychotropic effects that many people enjoy and/or depend on. Shaolin and Buddhist monks use such teas to help them enter a meditative state. Others use tea to help them relax, even fall asleep. Yet others use tea as an energizing pick-me-up. The venerable Japanese tea ceremony, which has existed for approximately 500 years, but whose roots date back over two thousand years to ancient China, is still a part of social gathering in Japan. At the center of the tea ceremony is the tetsubin; the classical cast iron teapot. It is truly remarkable that a modern day juggernaut such as Amazon would carry an item like the tetsubin, an item deeply immersed in the ancient past. Even more amazing are the many varieties of tetsubin Amazon carries. This particular Sotya tetsubin is handmade from cast iron, so it is compatible with induction cooktops. It boils water on an induction cooktop faster than I could boil water in my microwave. I not only use it for tea making, but also for coffee and any other reason for using hot water, such as making ramen noodle soup. This tetsubin is very high quality and I suspect it will be around my kitchen for decades to come. I consider it a functional piece of art and it is never hidden away in a cabinet. It graces my cooktop on a permanent basis and often generates admiring comments from folks seeing it for the first time and sometimes far beyond. Like most tetsubins on Amazon, it very much has a rustic, handmade look to it and a texture most folks must touch. I highly recommend this item. The only chink in its armor is the cord that wraps around the handle, which loosens over time. If yours unravels, don’t worry, you can always remove it and the handle will still stay cool to the touch. In fact, most tetsubins on Amazon don’t even have this cord in the first place. Enjoy it for its aesthetics, enjoy it for its history, enjoy it for its functionality.

Spedizione Amazon largamente entro i tempi previsti. 5 stelle!

This teapot is beautiful and well-made. Take care of it as directed and you will not be disappointed. For those of us in the U.S. who still need help with conversions: at 27oz/.8 liter, that means it makes about 3 cups of tea. It is a great size for one person or for two who don't drink multiple cups at a time. It was a great starter size for me to decide if loose tea would work out for me, having switched from coffee. I use it daily, and have had it for about a year. I am not a tea snob (yet), so I simply pour the hot water boiled elsewhere over the tea into this pot to brew. (I don't actually boil the water in the pot itself although you could. I did this when I first got it to season it as directed.) It is also fine on the burner to keep it warm even longer if not drinking all at once, or if you wanted to keep in at a low simmer to add moisture to a dry room in the winter. For the nuts and bolts: product arrived on time as indicated in the order, and was exactly as described/pictured. I would buy from them again, if they sold bigger pots. (So far not finding larger pots directly from them.) I'm now in the market for a large pot for weekends when we want more than a cup and a half each brewed at once. All in all, this smaller pot was a fantastic purchase that I'll continue to use, and I highly recommend it.
