Confession time. This is the same review I gave this product before. Nothing has changed. I will buy these again The quality is there and these whistles are very loud. I have purchased several hundred of these whistles and wristbands along with clear plastic bags. I attach the whistles to the wrist bands and insert them into the bag. It makes a nice presentation. Then I proceed to give them away free to persons that are physically incapacitated or might need to signal for help. There are a lot of people like that out there. If just one person uses it to summon help, the price is well worth it. I have talked to many persons that have fallen and not been able to get assistance and are grateful to have a whistle for the next time.7/10/24 Additional info I recently learned. My city fire department uses these exact same whistles with/for their wet condition equipment. I was offering a whistle to a local fireman who told me that. I later proceeded to a local fire station, showed the fireman my whistles and explained that I give them away free to persons that might need them with instructions on how and when to use them. I gave him one as the ones with his equipment belong to the city. I have ordered 900 (now 1100) of these whistles with wrist bands in multiple colors. 500 or more given away so far. I attach the whistle to a colored wristband and place it in a resealable plastic bag. Looks very presentable.
