The look is very good, slim and light but to me it did not carry the loud sound. Or does it need too much force to blow?The link of the ring gave in and it fell, I lost it somewhere I do not know! Did not even make sound when fell - Aluminum does not make sound. Though it looked very good slim and easy to carry light weight!

I bought this whistle to call for help in the evening when I need assistance because I am a bedridden quadriplegic with the paralyzed vocal cord. I know I got a lot going on LOL. This whistle so far has served me well to call for assistance when I wasn't able to call out or be heard. It's simple and pretty enough to use as a necklace or keep on your keychain or backpack as my don did with 2nd whistle of the 2 pack. This is a great deal. Thinking of getting more as stocking stuffers for daughter, nieces and friends as a safety tool to keep on them;

I've had a safety whistle on my work keys but decided to get a second one for my car key ring.This Potato Zone whistle is sooooo much better than my other brand! It's smaller, smoother, nicer looking and loud!I have this whistle with me for hiking, but more importantly when I'm leaving work late at night. I can't tell you how good it feels to have one of these.As a side note, this is so sleek looking that my 3 and 4 year old boys haven't figured it out that it's a whistle.
