Pedals didn't move very high and didn't seem to be a great experience or beneficial for exercise

I ordered this for my mom and it really sucks. This is worth $50 max. Do not buy this.

I was disappointed with the handlebars. I was hoping they would offer resistance as one was using the equipment but alas they are merely connected with the steps and if you want to get the arm movement with adjustable resistance at the same time as the steps you will be out of luck. Also they are loosened with use and once you are no longer holding onto them they want to flop down to the floor and therefore must be tightened during and after use. On the good side this stairsteper seems well built and I hope it will last for some while. Also I find the actual step to be less than a normal average person would take but then some people may like this. All in all its one of those you get what you pay for items.

The range of motion in the foot pedals is ridiculous, but I took the little stoppers off and now it’s right in the range that I’m looking for. Definitely not for a super fit person looking for a stairstepper, but definitely good for someone looking for a little lower impact. Also wrapped electrical tape on the fittings for the handles so they weren’t so wobbly. I really like it now. And, I am a real person that rarely leaves reviews, but considering this little machine can be made a lot better with a couple of tweaks, I thought it was worth the review or a lot of them will probably be sent back or or be used for garment hangers. Keep in mind, there is a little bit of a twist motion in the hips, but that works for me though.

Should have known by the fact that there were no reviews! Handle bars fall flat to the ground no matter how hard you screw them in. They also have no resistance/not connected to hydraulic. Steps originally lifted about an inch off the ground after each step. After adjustment they don't automatically lift at all! After each step you have to manually lift back up. Checked the return policy, and of course no refund if item is used! Also there is no "twist" at all to this.
