This might be the item I get the most compliments on in my whole house. This is a super nice looking, good sized, garbage and recycling receptacle. It fits perfectly next to my kitchen island. Would recommend!

I am really happy with this garbage can. It is great to have recycling and trash side-by-side with one pedal to open both. Pedal is smooth, design is pleasing, odors are contained.

This trash can is the perfect size, I love the features, and I can put both trash and recyclables in it. The step open is perfect to not get mess on it when I'm cooking. It also has the stay open feature for me to keep putting trash in it without having to open it each time.I highly recommend!

Works wonderfully. If the lid won’t close flat, the containers are not in all the way. Looks very nice in my kitchen and I love having just one foot pedal. No assembly required. I did purchase magnet labels for the outside of the container to indicate which side is for trash and which is for recycling. Very good quality

I wanted something that was attractive, easy to keep clean, and would work for both regular trash and recycling. This does very well for all that. My preference is to use trash bags in the cans, and these do not have an easy way to put in bags and drape the top over the outside so they stay in place. Still like it, just not ideal for my purposes.

Très belle apparence ! Par contre j’ai un peu moins le couvercle de plastique qui me semble un peu mou vue sa grandeur

I use one side for recycling and the other for garbage. Exterior looks good , easy to clean. A bit small for most recycle goods, hard to take out container when full and the garbage bags that come with it , isn’t great quality, can easily rip.

This is a perfect sized duo kitchen trash can. It does exactly what it is supposed to. It's easy to clean and looks great in the kitchen. So what's the problem? Both inner liners come with metal handles that are attached on the inside of the liner. For the recycling, this is fine because I don't use a bag and I can just grab the handle and empty the liner in my garage recycling bin. HOWEVER, on the trash side, this makes absolutely no sense. First, the trash bag fits over the edge of the liner, so the handle is covered behind the bag. Second, there isn't a tuck hole in the liner, so the bag doesn't sit tight around the rim. It's staying power is tied to how much bag got trapped between the liner and the inside of the can. Third, when the bag is full and you go to pull the bag out, it catches on the handle and can easily tear the bag. You have to slowly work the bag out by pushing the bag inside of the handle so it doesn't catch. I ended up pulling out the wire handle of the trash can side just so I can get the bag out easily. Lastly, there is minimal lip around the outside rim to get a good grasp of the liner, so it's a little obnoxious to try and get it out without the handle (that I removed) so I can put the new bag in. I think this is the lesser evil as compared to the bag full of trash catching and potentially tearing on the handle as described above. What's the fix?1. Put a bag tuck hole in the back of the liner.2. No handle for the trash can side. Just alter the sides of the lip to give a little ledge to grab on too so that the liner can be easily removed.Would I purchase again? Maybe. But I would likely consider other similar styles that may have figured out these ergonomics.Edit: I found a work around for the trash liner. There are two very small holes along the lip of the liner. I was able to fit a small “D”-ring on each one. The trash bag fits over the top of these rings very easily. When the trash is full, I can grab and pull the liner up by these two rings which are easy to grasp through the bag. I essentially created small handles with the rings.
