Although I returned this because I incorrectly measured the space I was going to place it in, this shelf was easy to put together, lightweight yet sturdy! Would recommend if you’re looking for a simple solution shelf!

This is a terrible shelf. I put it all together and picked it up to move it where I wanted it. It fell apart, piece by piece. The little plastic shelf adjusters don't snap together, and those popped off. The plastic caps were the next things to fall away. One of the screw things that screw into the poles at the bottom wouldn't even go in all the way. It just barely screwed in, so there's one pole that sits a lot taller than the other three. The only things I can salvage are the actual square shelf pieces. I think I'm just going to get some shelf mounts to screw into the wall and put them on those. The rest is just junk.

I was impressed how sturdy these were. I got them for a laundry room to store heavy jugs of detergent and bleach and this was the perfect solution. Easy to put together and very solid.

Small Silver 3-shelf: I don't understand the reviews saying how hard it was to construct this unit, other than those with a defective or missing part, of course. I'm a 70-yr-old Grandma with arthritic hands who's recovering from a hip operation and I had no problems. I timed myself after skimming the instructions; it took me 18 minutes to complete and that's with changing my mind and redoing the height of one shelf. I admit, my hands weren't strong enough to push the shelves all the way down on all of the clips, but the unit is totally stable. I trust it enough to hold my mug collection, as my photo shows. To those saying the clips popped off, I suspect you did not put the "UP" end up (marked black on black on the clip so a little hard to see). Also, people complained that the clips didn't go all the way together but the instructions clearly state that this is how the clips are engineered. The "hardest" part was that the legs were a bit wobbly until the 1st shelf was pushed down. You can temporarily stand it in the box it came in or use a string to hold the legs together until you get the 1st shelf on. Then it is stable. (Don't pick up the unit by a shelf! Can get pulled off clips. Pick up by legs.) I'm happy enough that I'm ordering the taller white version for my little bathroom nook.

I am very pleased with the durability, look, and function of this piece. Great height offers a decent amount of room between shelves. Definitely recommend!

I purchased these shelves in July of 2021 and writing this review after six months of use. The shelves were easy to assemble, sturdy, and fit nicely into a small space I had. There is a trick to attaching the plastic holders to the poles, and if you don't hear a click, you did not attach them right.
