For the price it's good. But I will say the wood for the shelves are weak and cheap. The frame is good. I would ditch the wood it has and use plywood instead.

They came with a cheap little hammer you don't need because everything fits so loose that it won't even stay together. Also came with a cheap pair of cotton gloves. The one thing it didn't come with is directions. Pretty self explanatory on how to assemble. But so sloppy of a fit on the side braces it won't stay together, to pick it up and put it in place

Easy to put together and tools come with it. Seems pretty sturdy so far. Works great for what and where we needed it to be placed.

Product arrived way sooner than listed. I purchased on the Jan.16th and it arrived on the 18th even though it said estimated arrival was Jan 24-28. The instructions were simple and building it was not bad. The included hammer is a nice gesture but use your own rubber mallet or hammer hahaThe shelves are a great thickness! I don't know why people say they don't feel it will hold heavy items. I am more than confident with all of the items I have on the shelves. The material is thin but the structure is sturdy and will not bend once built correctly. Awesome for the amount it cost! They also include a connector rod in the 2 pack to ensure stability. I definitely recommend this item.

This unit with the keyhole and round nailhead type tab-type connectors was _much_ easier to put together than that awful tongue tab and slot unit I bought the first time. They even include a plastic hammer to smack them down into the slot properly. I don’t have anywhere near 2000 lbs on it, and I’m not sure I’d trust that much weight on it, ever. It’s shaped sheet metal, not actual heavy-duty unbending metal. The long front and back shelf pieces can be twanged, moved back and forth because they’re thin. For my craft shop supplies, this unit is more than adequate, but I wouldn’t out 2000 pounds on it, no matter what the description says.

I bought this for its impressive supposed weight carrying ability. The frame is so flimsy I wouldnt use it to hold packs of toilet paper. The boards for the shelves are so thin I would be afraid to sneeze around it. Spend your money elsewhere if you want a solid product.

When I think heavy duty, I think about metal that isn’t malleable with just your hands. If you put enough force on the “legs”, they will bend. These racks would be suitable for light / light medium items. I knew I should’ve went into the store for these so I would get what I wanted.I ordered two of the same size. However, one was slightly larger than the other. I understand how the mix up happened as some of the items were separately packaged. I’m just thankful that the package sent most of the right parts to fit the slightly deeper frame. Besides the shelves being the wrong size (smaller), only one piece was different than the rest of the rest of the package (thank goodness!). I’ve still got a functional shelving unit, just overall disappointed.

Quality is nice. Metal is very thin. Included hammer is a joke. Use your own one.Not for heavy duty use. Maybe for office or for some light stuff. So, if you need a real heavy duty shelves - go to hardware store and buy there.
