Only complaint thus far is I wish the lights clicked on on both ends. But it’s only one end on each light.Functions flawless and holds the humidity and growth is good. Monetary cost is not horrible for the functionality.

It boggles my mind how many good reviews this product has. Don’t believe them! And for all that is good in gardening, please don't buy them. I wish I had tried to put the tops together and looked at the lights before I seeded the tray. 1st the lights do not fit into the plastic lids well. You might be able to get the tip in okay but not the base. 2nd the lights are SUPER WEAK!!! Even with all 4 of the lights on the same tray they are too weak to produce good strong seedlings! 3rd all of the lights are connected and run on the same timer. So you can’t use one tray at a time or use each of the trays in separate locations. Truly awful! I’m so disappointed. Total waste of money. I’m having to rig additional lights to see if I can give my expensive hybrid seeds a chance bc I’ve already loaded 1 of the trays but I won’t use them again!

Really nice lights , you can direct them any way you like and have good sturdy clip to attache them anywhere you like,also timer and 3 different light features ,most importantly they make your plants grow .

I’ve only had this product for a little while so far and I like it. The lights are easy to use and I like that they have a clip so you can clip them anywhere and move the lights around.There is a built-in timer, so I’ll leave them on before I leave for work in the morning, and when I come back home after work they are shut off.

I purchased this seed starter kit as a Christmas present, naturally it was not used until just now as we approach growing season, we unpacked everything and set, only to realize, the humidity control vent knobs are missing…. Too late to return it, and from looking through some reviews and photos now, looks like a lot of folks are missing that part. It likely will function just fine without, lights work as of now, and the plastics seem about the same quality as a similar garden center purchased starter tray we have from some years past. but if these are not included the description should be changed somewhat frustrating, as the pros to this kit were the included lights and humidity control dials which were not included. Bummer. Avoid. Just buy a similar kit at your local garden store, they’re cheap enough in store.
