This is a great infrared heat gun. I use it to heat up clearcoat to dry it really quickly. Be careful this thing puts out a ton of heat and you can easily ring all the paint if you overheat. It works flawlessly it draws about 1100 W per bulb so around 2200 if both bulbs are on. There is a switch that powers the unit and another switch the flicks on either one bulb or both bulbs. I own a mobile scratch repair company and this has significantly increased our drying time in polyester filler primer and clearcoat. It doesn’t dry paint super quickly because paint requires moving air especially PPG waterborne Envirobase. Hope this helps anyone out there also quick now you’re going to need a 20 amp outlet Adapter to 15 amp if you want to plug it into a common plug this is not recommended though because it could overload the circuit breaker. But 15 A times 120 V 1800 W so you’ll be overloading it a smidge
