Tips:
- Markers with Sharpie pens will wash off or fade, please use garden pens/oil-based pens.
How to use:
scientific watering is so simple.
- Step 1: Wipe the soil moisture sensor probe, it will be more sensitive. Step 2:Insert the garden moisture meter probe into the soil about 2-4 inches. Step 3:No need to wait, plug and play. Step 4: Remove the probe from the soil and wipe it clean after each use.
- Please don't put the plant wet dry meter into loose media such as water or sand, otherwise, it will lead to inaccurate degrees.
- Please keep the house plant water reader away from hard stones, they may damage the probe.
- Do not leave the plant accessories indoors in the soil for a long time.

I seen one this past weekend and how V it works I bought 2 . I to keep and the other to my sister. It arrived yesterday I placed the metal probe in the soil. The soil was dry I was . I gave my flowers water until the meter read wet. I absolutely love this and wish Ihad this alone time ago. Go get you one .

This meter only measures the soil when you first put it in the soil, you cannot leave it in the soil. They say this on the product so it's my fault for not reading. However, when you stick it in the soil, the meter will jump all over the place, it is really hard to tell the moisture level. The meter will spike really high, and then drop down instantly as soon as you stop pushing it down the dirt. There's also the fact that roots are being damaged because you have to repeated remove and replug in the meter. Not the most ideal

So be careful and watch that the white tip at the bottom of the wand is still on. I lost mine on the bottom of a pot somewhere - luckily they’re cheap enough to just buy a new one.

I got this today and immediately tried it in all my pots. I wasn't expecting much but it actually showed different levels of moisture. 1 was overwatered, 3 were dry, a few were almost dry while the rest were ok.I worry about overwatering so tend to water them less usually. Now I'll have a better idea.

order first one from Amazon, the meter was dead on arrival, did not measure anything. Returned it and order another one from the same seller. The second meter arrived quick and worked as advertized.The seller contacted me and follow-up on the issue from the first meter and thanks for giving their product another chance by re-ordering. The refund on the defective one was also quick.5 stars for the product and service after sale !

I knew my plant was dry so I put the meter into the soil. It read dry. I started adding water - a little at a time. The gauge went up but it still read dry so I added more water. The gauge didn’t change much so I added more water. I kept adding water until it was pouring out of the bottom of the pot and overflowing the tray the pot was in. The soil was completely saturated and it still read in the dry zone. It wasn’t just the one plant - the meter doesn’t read correctly. I tried putting the meter at different depths in the various pots and it remained dry. I should send it back.
