They are made of leather, half of them with holes for better grasping. Not too stiff or too flexible. Good thickness. Easy to use.

I was looking for something that is not as harsh-sounding as a plastic pick. While this one technically fits that need, I couldn't get used to the way it feels in my hand. I didn't like the ones with the holes in the middle, but the solid ones are kind of big and clunky.I think some guitarists might really like these, but I prefer the felt ones.
