These balls are great. They are squishy, but don't have so much squish that they don't give proper feedback. When you hit a ball with backspin, you'll know because you can actually see the ball rise. I like to throw bp to my 8 year old son with these as they have more movement than an actual hard baseball. This increases his contact percentage as he has to make adjustments on the fly.I only use them for hitting, because they are a little hard to control if you are using them for other purposes. Sometimes we'll bust them out at practice and play a little homerun derby.I buy a dozen (12) of these every paycheck. Now, I have a pretty good collection going. I will probably purchase about 3 dozen more (currently at 4 dozen). I would 100% recommend these to other people and I do.

My 8 and 6 year old always play ball in the house and this helps prevent any wall damage from using hard balls. They are great and easy to catch with a mitt. They work great indoors and outdoors as an alternative to wiffleballs.

I like that these are safe, for people and also for nearby windows and cars. (I'd like to stay friends with the neighbors!!)I picked yellow to make it easy to see in the grass, and it's a good choice. They obviously don't feel quite the same as a baseball, but when you're working on aim that doesn't matter. It's also safer for playing catch with younger kids who might end up catching it with their face.
