I had two problems with this adapter. First, it does NOT fit the glass bottles that are made for the SodaStream machines. The adapter is too small. Second, the gaskets that come with this do NOT seal when using with SodaStream machine with standard size plastic soda bottles. . This blew water all over my counter the first time I used it. Back in the bag and returned.

This thing comes without the o-ring installed. That wasn't the easiest thing I've ever done, but once you get it in there, it hasn't moved on me. This is a really simple gadget that allows you to use standard 20 oz, 16.9 oz (500 ml), or similar threaded tops on your SodaStream machine. I hate how they charge like $10 to $15 for each reusable bottle. I have refilled these 500 ml bottles dozens of times, and it's fine. The SodaStream has a pressure relief valve built in, so you cannot overfill these anyway. You are just getting them back to factory pressurization when you bought your drink. I'm so happy about this adapter, and I wish I had found something like this sooner. It's saving me money. Also, this is a bit unrelated, but get yourself a CO2 tank from an oxygen supply store and a refill adapter for the SodaStream tanks, and you can save a fortune on CO2. Plenty of YouTube videos about how to do that. I've got my syrup pump adapter on my SodaStream syrups, and I am living the high life over here. 😎 🍻

It's a bit pricey for a plastic adapter but it is for something very specific. Threads onto the two 20ox soda bottles I had and seals well to my E-Terra. Make sure you take your time and place it as far up as you can before rotating forward to lock it in and mine hasn't leaked a drop yet. It's nice to have an option to make something the way I want it to take on the go when I want to just throw the bottle away and not have to carry around one of my more expensive SodaStream bottles. The only scary part is whether a cheap 20oz bottle will rupture during the fill part. Time will tell.... It also comes with 2 O-rings to have a spare.

Simple, quick & easy installation. I release the quick connect then connect to the adapter that I also purchased from the same seller so I can refill Soda Stream bottles for my sweetheart as she doesn't have room for a 5-20lb CO2 tank.The direct connect setup from the 5-20 lb Co2 tank to the Soda Stream machine is perfect.

I ordered their braided hose with gauge for a soda machine. The Black Adapter didn't work correctly for my soda machine because I didn't specify which machine, so it was my fault. I contacted the vendor and they responded immediately and asked which soda machine I had. I told them and they sent out the correct adaptor quickly and corrected my mistake. Thank you...
