I was looking for a ball I could use as part of physical therapy indoors. I wanted something with moderate bounce and that wouldnt be too loud or heavy.So, it has a little bounce to it but you have to put a bit of force behind it. This, to me, defeated some of the point of trying to find a more house safe option. It is also quite warped on arrival, and the bands too tight so many are cinched in flat so the ball isnt particularly round. It just does not have much rubbery or elasticity to it. The plastic inside feels quite hard and I think it relies on tension of it squishing on impaxt and being pushed back into position by the cloth surrounding each band to create any bounce.It is very lightweight, soft, and quiet. The open gaps make it easier to catch or hold with my arthritis in my hands and for my 1 year old niece. She really enjoys the bright colors, thougu the fabric is cheap and colors very washed out/faded on portions. The dogs and cats have tried to bat after it too. I think it'll work for playing catch or rolling, but I don't see this working as a playground ball like for kickball or for the therapy exercises I had.Overall, I wouldn't recommend it at this low of quality for such a high price tag. And I strongly recommend all would-be buyers judge if this ball will work for whatever playing you actually have in mind for it, given the pros and cons.

My kids wreck lots of balls in our backyard by kicking them into the rosebushes (despite trying to fence them off). We've popped so many that I've almost stopped buying them. When I saw this - I figured I'd give it a try. Oh, this thing is awesome. It's super bouncy and the kids can kick it with bare feet or with shoes on. No inflating, easy to clean off, and easy to find in the yard. It's also distinctive, so if your kids "accidentally" kick it over a fence, then your neighbors will know where it came from. ;) It's a bit more than I'd normally spend on a toy for my kids, but considering the number of balls we've wrecked and thrown away through the years, it's kinda worth it. Thumbs up!

I don't get out much, so I'd yet to see a ball like the SOAK Takraw Playground Ball - 7.9 Inch kickball Made with Neoprene Material for Parties, Playdates.But I also knew it might be a great "transition ball" for my ACD mix who will someday transition to herding balls to use some of her native intelligence and work off some of that tireless energy.It was an immediate hit! Gave it a toss down the hall and she had a ball fetching it.She does have razor-sharp teeth, so the neoprene may eventually suffer, but unless your children or guests insist on playing with your ball with their teeth (or you invite Edward Scissorhands over for a game of dodgeball), your ball should have plenty of longevity.I wondered how much actual "bounce" it would have. Or if it would even do ball-like things.It absolutely does, to my delight and to that of my dog.Plenty of bounce and plenty of fun. Nice size for a medium sized dog or for humans.Colorful enough not to lose it over the neighbor's fence, and to not forget it in the yard.Very happy and will be a little more adventurous in looking at what qualifies as a "ball" nowadays, because this one happily surprised me! Total win!

This ball is very unique, I've never seen anything like it, and I took a chance by ordering it. I have a lot of different balls and outdoor toys that I keep in a big storage bin that I take to the park or beach sometimes, so this is a fun addition to that. The ball is interesting...it bounces, but not very high like any other ball I have, and it's not exactly 'round'--it won't exactly bounce straight up and down, but for the most part it does. I played around with it, bouncing it and throwing it and juggling it with my feet, like a soccer ball, and it's pretty fun. I could see my nieces or sisters kicking or tossing it around, and it's easy to catch because of the way it's made.The only real issue I have with the ball overall is just that the $30 price tag feels high...I almost gave it just 3 Stars for that, because it feels really overpriced, but it does feel like a 4 Star quality product at least, as it's pretty well made--It's just that I feel it should be more like $15, half of what they are currently charging.

Brought this to the park and kids thought it was really interesting. It was fun to kick but little feet got their feet stuck, sometimes, into the gaps.

So this thing is different! It is not the best ball but it is unique and for the right game its great! Very good as a larger mumball!

This ball was a big hit with my kids. It was very colorful and the texture was a lot of fun. I really love this and would recommend it to anyone meeting an extra ball on the playground.
