I used this for a wheelchair exercise the elbows wrist extension weight bearing exercise. They worked great. They gave me the support that I needed to complete the exercise.

They are great for what I use them for. In my exercising class we use them for bouncing and catching to exercise your hands. All you need is a bicycle pump or a basketball pump them up. Which does not come with the balls. They hold air for a couple of days and then you have to keep inflating them but for the reason why I bought them they are excellent and I would give them another five. The size is excellent for hands.

Balls are not the same size. Blue is not light blue as pictured. Quality is Inferior to larger similar balls I've recently purchased by another company. I was buying these to get a smaller size, but they are not same quality. 1 ball is not even round, therefore it does not bounce well as its off in its shape. Kinda like an oval. This ball also had many scratches right out of bag. They come in a bag and pouch. There is a video review on here and even in that you can see that the Red ball is not round. Returning. Not worth the $$

I have been looking for a ball to use in my senior fitness class. The ones provided at the rec center are either too large or too slippery so I can’t hang onto them. These balls are perfect! They’re small enough that you can grasp them with one hand and they have a texture which makes them nonslip. I inflated mine to five psi but if you want a softer ball, go with four psi. These are exactly what I’ve been looking for.

Update: It’s been a year, and these are still going strong. Some reviews said they couldn’t figure out how to inflate them, but I didn’t have a problem. If I remember right, I did have to use one of those slender nozzle attachments like you use for a bike tire, but otherwise it was easy. They are small (just as described) But as I wanted them to be a fireball and an ice ball for a Mario party, they worked great, and the kids have continued to play with them since.
