Okay, so, I never leave reviews, but I just had to for this one! I really looked and researched for a quality, heavy duty snow tube, and this is the one I chose in the end…..and I’m so glad I did!So, what I discovered is there are “heavy duty” snow tubes that range in price from about $40 to $200…so, the question was, how much do I need to pay to get a “quality” snow tube? Because, let’s face it, at some point it will inevitably pop or stop holding air…it’s a tube! This comment is for all those people who gave bad reviews based on their tube popping🙄 Anyway, paying $90 for this tube was the way to go! It’s a heavy duty black tire tube with a black tire tube seat, both with heavy duty protective covers. They don’t lose air AT ALL in the cold weather! The $200 tube was nice as well, but the only difference I could find is that it had a shiny, “more slick” bottom claiming it would go faster because of that. It just didn’t seem worth the extra money for again, something that will eventually pop, and this tube is super slick and slides great down our hill right out front of our house!Now, for those of you who left bad reviews based on your tube popping pretty much as soon as you got it, I can understand being frustrated because that happened to me with the small seat tube when I was blowing it up, but you know what I did? I contacted the company using the little flyer they included in the box that had their contact info on it, explained what happened, and asked them for a small seat replacement tube. And do you know what Zangeroi did? They were out of small seat replacement tubes, so they sent me a whole new tube for free! It literally arrived at my house within a few days of me contacting them, which was the day before our next snow storm hit! So, we’ve been tubing down our hill side-by-side with 2 tubes! It has been the most fun winter weather purchase I’ve made this year! Zangeroi makes amazing quality snow tubes with fantastic customer service on top of it all!!! Thank you Zangeroi for making this polar vortex weather so much fun!!!!!

The sled is lots of fun and glides well. The size is perfect for anyone, and a really comfortable ride. This is a very good product and the seller provided great customer service.

I ordered this snowtube for my son and daughter for Christmas in red and blue. Unfortunately, the red tube only came with one handle. This is a huge safety concern. I chatted with an Amazon representative who said they would be sending me a replacement tube and that I did not need to return the defective tube. Then I received an email immediately after which stated I needed to return the product or I would be charged for the replacement. I went to UPS to return and was told I only had a return code for Kohl’s and even if I did return to UPS I would have to package the tube. I requested a call back from Amazon and after speaking with the representative, she could only send me a return code for UPS. I still have not returned it because I have to find a box to package it and I refuse to spend money on a new box. This is the biggest inconvenience for a working mom of two little kids and after receiving a defective snow tube. Don’t waste your time buying this snowtube. It may be defective and you will have to waste so much time and energy. I thought I would save some money, but it’s not worth my children’s safety or this hassle. Long story short I am regretting this purchase and wishing I would have just went through with the LL Bean snowtubes I had my eye on originally.

I wanted to give this tube a test before the kids even tried it. Bought a bunch of $40 tubes in the past and they would only make it a week with adults and kids. This tube I tested out on a inch of snow over rocks on a large hit with a running start. Not only did it glide down the hill but it didn't have one mark of damage on the bottom of it. If your thinking about it just buy it I couldn't be happier with the quality and toughness.
