I have been using these pliers while working on several of our vehicles at the house. They work on most standard sized electrical, but has a harder time with the larger ones for transmissions and such. At those sizes, the connectors are much easier to work with anyway, so it's not a big deal. They are a little hard to get into some smaller areas, but I can't really fault them for that either. You do have to be careful that you don't grab onto the wires themselves, because I could see where the teeth on the bottom jaws could damage wires.My only complaint is that they are not spring open, which would be nice in a lot of these one handed operations.

I got these electrical disconnect tool to help with removing connectors that are hard to press in or that are in tight, hard to reach spots.I injured my hand and am having a hard time squeezing things with my fingers. Until my hand heals, these pliers are a necessity. These pliers have have helped me to remove a few hard to push, hard to reach connectors. When my hand gets better, I won't need to use them nearly as often, but I'll be glad I have them when I need them.

The Pliers are easy to use and make quick time of any connectors you need to remove. I had 7 snap in connectors to remove on my 2018 Hyundai santa fe to change the back spark plugs and ignition coils. This tool allowed me to do all 7 connectors in about 30 seconds. Unreal!!!

Where have these been the last 35+ years? I have been working on cars a long time and some of the newer connectors are horribly difficult to get off. I came across these pliers and I thought that they were just a gimmick ,but, I decided to try them. Wow was I wrong. These work amazingly well and the one connector that I have always struggled with was the alternator on the new cars. I decided to use these and it was like magic at how easy it disconnected the connector without damage. I will say there are still some connectors that this will not work on it is still a pair of pliers I am glad to have in my tool box. I also want to say that co worker liked them and bought a pair of these off of one of the tool trucks and it was $40.00. We compared them side by side and the only difference was the name that was stamped into them.
