I bought this as my sons First guitar for Christmas. Upon the common eye the guitar look to be in great shape and beautiful. When trying to get the guitar in tune with a guitar tuner it never seemed to get tuned to standard. Also When trying to tune one of the strings snap.. So we decided To go to Guitar center and have a technician look at it so we can get some new strings that would best fit a beginner. Upon investigating the guitar the technician noticed that the Guitar neck was twisted slighted and not even all the down. They also confirm that’s why the Guitar never sounded good or was able to be tuned and deemed it not playable... Hopefully I can get a replacement or my money back

This product (child's guitar) arrived with a minor problem - one of the strings broke during the tuning process. I reported that to the vender and told the company I wanted a refund. Obviously an overreaction to a small problem, but the gift was for my youngest grandchild and I wanted it to be perfect. The vender responded immediately and suggested several good ways to fix the situation quickly. I tried to follow the instructions (they needed some additional info) but I am so clumsy with computers that my response was delayed. Despite that, the seller went ahead and solved the problem for me. I was very impressed at how quickly and completely the vendor acted. Good company to deal with!

Bought this for my teen daughter for her first guitar. First off, it feels solid in the hands, is easily tuned and hardware is decent. Makes a nice clear sound when strung, color is sharp and clear so well built. Not sure of durability but for the money I recommend it.

Everything about the guitar was great. Great size. Good sound. Only problem was there was not a hole to hook the shoulder strap to so we were unable to attach the strap.

This is a great light guitar for anyone, not just for kids. Feels like a normal guitar. Only issues , the clear coat around base of neck was rough. Other than that, its a great guitar for price

Purchased this as a gift for a child that I didn't think would take up guitar for more than a week or so, but really wanted to try. The quality was better than expected for the price range, and it even came with accessories! The gift was a huge hit! Even though I was right about the duration of the interest, it was inexpensive enough that I didn't mind so much, and it should last long enough that if he wants to try again it will still be there.

Nice little starter guitar i bought for my 6 years old little boy. i have a 69 FG150 and he wants to play with it an this is going to be his so he can leave mine alone lol..
