Great item, comfortable, only thing I would recommend is for the belt to have a clip to close the belt. It has an elastic belt and you have to step into it or put it over your head.I put a clip attachment on mine and it is 100 percent easier to use. Especially on a plane.

My physical therapist recommended that I get a lumbar support that was portable for travel from place to place: He actually recommended one that was twice the price but I decided to try this one and it works great for my needs. He said because if my height (5’1”) that practically everywhere I sit would not be ideal for my lower back. I do feel a difference having this back support. I like that it inflates so easily and deflates to a small size that fits in my purse. And it’s also easy to inflate it to whatever size you need. I highly recommend this product if you have lower back issues.

This is the second one I've ordered. It's a must have for me and I thought I had lost my original cushion. I drive a lots of miles (1k month) and in different cars so this helps to make each vehicle more comfort. I'm 5'3" so vehicle seats are not really structured for me. This helps me sit up straighter and I can position this I my lower back. Easily inflates/deflates so great to carry on planes and buses.

Not tried yet, likely soon. It touched very well made and easily compacted in a bag for easy travel. It doesn’t take space when in bag and unfolds really real size. It is self-inflating and remember to inflate it upon receipt which is recommended by the merchant so it is fully ready to use when needed.

I really like this travel pillow and use it for back support. Inflation is very easy, just open the value and massage it a little bit and it inflates. Putting it back down is also very quick, just putting pressure and it deflates without much effort.The only downside is that it's just not tall enough for me. It's wide, which is great but it would be better for me if it were a little larger/taller.I will keep using it along with my Tempur-Pedic travel pillow - why not?!If I had to leave one of them home it would be this one. Overall it's fine, just not perfect. But if you want something smaller (especially to carry it around) this would do the trick.

This is the best purchase I’ve ever made in my entire life. I have lower back issues where my back gets tired and sore if I sit for too long. This pillow is amazing. It inflates itself when you just open the valve, and it’s easy to adjust the inflation level to your comfort. I find that it’s sometimes better for me if it’s less firm, and it’s easy to do that. Then you just open the valve and roll it up when you’re done. And it doubles as a pillow for your head if you need. Fits in my backpack while traveling, and comes with a little bag to carry it. 10000/10

I purchased this to arrive a couple days before a trip to Europe. I am surprised by how well it works. Gave me great lumbar support on the various planes during my trip there and back. The foam inside it means it doesn't deflate as small as something without foam inside. I'm a pretty large person and at times placed a lot of pressure on this and it didn't spring a leak. I'm probably going to use this in the office as well. I like that it is easily adjustable (inflate/deflate a little). Hopefully it lasts a long time.

This was very helpful on a recent long airline trip. Helped my low back. Plus I was able to use it on many other chairs during my travels. The attached strap makes it convenient to just wear while traveling instead of having to carry it.

I have both C-curve lumbar scoliosis, as well as bulging discs and foraminal stenosis at L4-L5 and L5-S1. When I was preparing to fly for the first time through Spirit, AND only bring the one free personal item bag, I knew I’d have to figure out an alternative to my usual lumbar cushion for the flight. I spent a while searching for an inflatable lumbar support that could also be worn so that I could wear it hidden under my hoodie, and this was the one with the fastest shipping since I ended up not having the money tordier until right before my trip. I’m 5’ 7” and 220 pounds with a belly left over from my five kids, but I was able to wear this around my waist under my hoodie on my return flight since my personal bag was overstuffed. It was a wee bit snug, clearly only meant to fit around the seat not the person, but it was nice that it was always in exactly the right spot on my back! It actually ended up being more comfortable than regular lumbar cushion, but cost a little over half of what that regular cushion did! It’s super compact, roughly 2.5 inches around and about 4 inches long, so it’s super portable compared to a traditional lumbar cushion, my bag was just so small that my snacks purchased before the airport took up too much space! It’s not cute like my Scooby Doo lumbar cushion, but to have designs would negate its compact size which is so clearly important for this. For a “gotta take what I can delivered in time” buy, it ended up being a really good choice and definitely deserves its quick delivery options!

I bought this pillow because I get lower back pain when on the plane for more than a couple hours. It’s self-inflating which is a plus. Fits perfectly and helps to relieve back pain
