I watched tons of videos on these and thought wow this will be great to use for travel. We received and tried on. I felt like I had a neck brace on. It is hot, thick, and not much for comfort. I felt like I was being suffocated and can't imagine sitting for hours on a plane resting with this around my neck. It was made well and maybe if small child or very skinny neck would be okay. I tried on my daughters as well and they didn't like either. If nothing else purchase and try! Love Amazon for that reason that you can return vs. buying directly from Flyhugz. It's also bulky to travel with. The neck brace is almost impossible to get out of the bag.

I got this just before a few trips I had upcoming. One was just 1.5 hours and another an international flight. I got the pink color and its super cute. It's pretty comfortable, but I wish the velcro went a little deeper in so I can get a tighter fit. Maybe my neck is just too small though. I also loved that it came with a travel bag that you can compress and hook to your backpack, luggage, or bag. Overall, its not bad, but if you have a smaller neck, I wouldn't recommend it.

Don’t waste your money on knock offs. This product is authentic and true to its description. Quality material and stitching, Took a flight recently from North America to Kazikstan in premium economy and this pillow helped tremendously, adding the extra comfort that came with the more spacious seats.

This was my first time using a neck pillow on a flight. I cannot say enough good about it. It definitely made what would have been a long, uncomfortable flight much more bearable.Highly recommend. It’s like sleeping on a cloud.

I used this on a long flight. It was pretty good, but add noise cancelling headphones, a must, and it became uncomfortable to use.It does have a 2nd use as a pillow or sto put between your head and the window, so that's a good thing.It's easy to put away. I took a picture of it before I rolled it out, so. Knew how to coul it to put it back in the bag.Overall a good purchase. Small, firm, many uses.
