This music boxing machine is a bit smaller than the average music boxing machine. But it is the same feeling and actions with this machine as the others. The size does not seem to matter. It has 9 levels of rhythm, and several levels to the speed. It has bluetooth capabilities with bluetooth speakers. Connect your phone or music player to the music boxing machine and you will be able to hear your own favorites. The light flashes and a target is chosen to be struck in synchrony with the music. It enhances motivation, energy, and excitement. This music boxing machine is light and the designated areas for striking the machine to the music, are filled with high performance specialized foam so it is soft, and it has a smart chip installed so as to provide a sensitive response to the hand, and is not hurtful when you strike one. It is sturdy enough that you won't break the target by striking it, But the manufacturer warns to be careful of striking off target as it could potentially hurt your or damage the machine. Easy to install with the velcro strips onto a plain/smooth wall. It's difficult to say how long the velcro will be strong enough to hold the music boxer up. Comes with boxing gloves and a USB cord for charging. This is a great gift for really anyone older than 7. It's fun, invigorating, challenging, and helps improve hand eye coordination. You could have tournaments, use it alone, slow pace, fast pace, various music that you can control the volume to. Great cardio work-out with fun as a major contributor. Easy to use as a beginner, and effective for boxing training. This one is a bit less expensive than others so is more affordable and just as good. I recommend this item.

Very fun way to exercise with the kids. We do one and two minute drills to see can get the most hits. Tiring and super fun competitive play. It comes with double-sided tape to stick it to a wall but we take turns holding it (awkwardly) for now. I want to mount this to a tree so we're not banging the heck out of the wall.

I was excited to try out this Smart Music Boxing Machine, as it seemed like a fun way to train and stay active. The LED light features and music sync function add an engaging twist to workouts, and the different speed modes help improve hand-eye coordination. It connects via Bluetooth, allowing you to play your own music during workouts, which is a great feature. However, there are no instructions on how to set up Bluetooth or use all the functions properly. Additionally, I was disappointed with the mounting system. It only comes with one adhesive pad, meaning it's not easily removable or repositionable. This boxing machine is a fun way to add an extra workout in or to get your kids to try something new. The machine is easy to set up and it feels more like a game than a serious workout. I was able to work up a good sweat while using it and think that it will help with speed and agility over time with regular usage. The machine's music is not great. I wish there was a way to turn it off, but it will automatically come on if you don't have the boxing machine connected to a Bluetooth device. I usually connect it with my phone and turn on some upbeat music to help me stay motivated to workout and I enjoy that more. The machine is adjustable as far as speed and mode, but you have to adjust them yourself every time you use the boxing machine.The main drawback of this boxing machine is that it is kind of expensive to use for fun, but is not a great pick for a professional or someone serious about working out. I love that I get to actually hit something and boxing feels like more fun to me with this machine than just punching the air. I am a beginner and don't box or workout often so it is a great pick for me. My nephews also enjoy using it and I will keep it to add to my regular workout routine. The boxing machine makes a good gift for someone looking to workout more in a less serious/more fun way.
