I hate this thing. The first one I was sent was broke (probably amazons fault). The plug was broke off in the mirror so I had to get it replaced. Then the second one worked great twice, thats it! The mirror will not respond to my commands, it automatically turns on full brightness every time the car starts, It randomly responds to my 3 year old but not to me. My 3 year old will touch it with her foot and it will turn a bunch so I can't see her (Its on a swivel which is nice but it is way to easy to move). I returned this. I love the Idea, but the actual product needs some work, especially for the price.

The USB cable that powers the mirror broke within days and replacing it with a new one didn't work rendering the light service useless. Also, the voice commands could be a lot better.

Seemed like a great idea but regret it now.- Voice control is SO loud that it wakes/startles the baby. It speaks every time it turns on.- Commands are not intuitive and it won’t work unless you use the exact words. We have to look them up every time because- who can remember baby mirror commands?!- Turns on at the highest brightness so is rather obnoxious and then you have to give it voice commands repeatedly to adjust - no internal memory for settings. It’s like trying to turn the sun off, you find yourself about diving on top of it so the baby doesn’t wake up thinking it’s morning.- It calls my husband “master” which is quickly going to his head.- Dimming rear view mirrors will just darken the baby mirror, it would be more beneficial to have a pin size spotlight on the baby. My husband and I are still arguing over this idea but we aren’t in the baby mirror biz.Overall, we like that the mirror reflects but that’s about it, sorry.

SUPER BRIGHT! It hurts the eyes but it lights up the car and gets baby’s attention too when crying. I really like that it cane with a very looooooong wire that contains the switch for the light. Thats very convenient. The con is that the back to set it up is not really universal. Its headrest or nothing. We have a cupholder that comes down so we use that but its too low now to see baby from rearview mirror. The hooks for the strap loose suck too, they open in the middle making it easy for the strap loops to fall off and make the mirror crooked or fall down often.

Wanted to be able to see the back of my 3rd row in my minivan. This works and I like the lighting feature for night time so I don’t have to turn around to view the passengers and items I have when I’m packing for long trips

I bought a voice-activated model, which is very convenient to use. It can automatically adjust the warmth of the light by voice control, and I can clearly see the baby in the back seat. When the baby sees herself, she smiles—it's adorable! This car baby mirror is really practical.

I'm actually impressed by this mirror. Past mirrors I've had at this price point show a very warped view into the car seat. But this one has little warping. No scratches on the surface so far. Pretty straightforward to set up. I don't really like using the light because it can wake baby, but it's a neat feature to have just in case.

I was hesitant to buy this mirror ar first, but thought I would give it a try. I'm so glad that it did! It's so simple and convenient to use! Not to mention much safer while driving. (No fumbling around for a remote to turn on the light).I would highly recommend this product to anyone looking for the best baby car mirror.
