Note: The bottom plate is only compatible with HawkLock Quick Release Cage. When using normal version of cage or not using cage, it must be connected to the top standard Arca plate kit. When using the HawkLock Quick Release Cage, you can slide the HawkLock Cage directly onto the bottom plate.

This doesn't work with the DJI RS4 mini as advertised... it's just minimal to wide to fit in.

Ich nutze die Schnellwechselplatte an einem RS 3 Mini - Gimbal.Wie bei vielen Produkten, die nur einen einzigen Zweck erfüllen - den dafür aber perfekt - gibt es nicht wirklich viel zu sagen.Die Platte passt perfekt, ist erfreulicherweise nicht zu hoch, ist sehr schnell zu lösen und wieder zu schließen, ist stabil, verdreht sich nicht. Durch den Arca Swiss Adapter kann man die Kamera (falls man nicht ins Manfrotto-Ecosystem eingebunden ist) auf anderen Stativen sofort einsetzen.Eigentlich sollte DJI seine Gimbals mit solch einem Schnellverschluss serienmäßig ausstatten.Fazit: ein eigentlich unverzichtbares Accessoire für jedes Gimbal - in gewohnter hervorragender Smallrig-Qualität.

I got this hoping it would give me an easy way to take my camera in and out of my RS4 gimbal. My camera has a smallrig camera cage (with arca-swiss mounting). So I figured - great! This will let me quick-release my camera.I'm sure smallrig will have tested this with their own cameras, right? Like in the photos?But no dice! The way the mounting bracket securely holds an arca-swiss grip isn't compatible with smallrig's own camera cages. So with a bit of force, my camera can just slide out of the side of this mount. Its not secure at all.It would work if you use the included tripod plate - but if I'm going to add more crap to the bottom of my camera, I may as well use the tripod plate that came with the RS4 and skip all of this.What a waste of money. Would not buy.

With its lowered profile and ease of mounting, I can now use my FX3 with 24-105 f4 lens on my RS 3 Mini. Before this, it was definitely more of a struggle for the RS3 mini to get this to balance.

This is built to the usual amazing smallrig quality. The quick release on top is one I haven't used before and now I wish all my gear used it, it's very very securely locked with just one easy to press button. The included plate is arca compatible as well as the base of the unit so you can seamlessly integrate this with any gear you already have.

Seems to be compatible with my DJI RS3, which I appreciate.Some of my heavy duty tripods also have the same plate mount, which makes switching between tripod/gimbal very easy and practical.The build quality on this particular QR plate is solid. I like the metal/silver finish.Overall, highly recommended.

No issues at all with this little quick release plate. It fits and it works.I like gaining 1/3" for balancing purposes. It's compact to just ride along in my RS4 case.Five stars for a nicely built Quick Release.

I'm kind of surprised at the the quality of this quick release plate. The small rig plate could easily be mistaken for OEM machining, and all the attention to detail is impressive for an aftermarket part.So far, I haven't really needed the drop in height since my cameras are all pretty low, but this gives me more flexibility with my gimbal set up.
