Great for the gym, use it every time to go on the floor! Highly recommend over other sticky mats:)

This is a set of sticky pad replacement sheets used for traction mats. These are refills so one needs the actual traction mat first because these stick to the mat and then a cover sheet is removed before being able to use the sticky surface. The Slipp-Nott traction mat itself comes with 30 sheets and costs about $110. That's a little pricey for me. I bought the generic version the Champro Hardwood Traction Mat with comes with 60 sheets and plan to use these CLEARDIY replacement sheets when I run out. As you can see, the CLEARDIY ones are rounded on the corners as are the Slipp-Nott oem ones but I believe these should work just as well. If an issue comes up where the sheets don't work as well or last as long, I'll update this review, but until then, 4 stars.

Super easy to use! Just tear off the top most layer and step, step, step and now your shoes have grip! Our volleyball gym has one slick section and it's right when you come out of the weight room. There must be something with those rubber tiles in there that leave some residue on your shoes and it transfers right to that one spot on the court. So, having this sticky mat definitely helps keep the girls safe from slipping and has improved performance of each player that has used it.I highly recommend for any indoor sports team or player to use all the time.
