A bit larger than other pill holders. Very high quality plastic with a good latch system and easy to read markings. The black and white coloring is perfect for keeping track of day versus night pills.

I typically have 8 medications of different sizesFOR ME, this has compartments large enough for my needs, yet small enought overall to be convenient. Lids open wide and snap shut securely.

Snaps shut securely (stays closed when traveling), transparent so you can see inside if you’ve missed a day, days of week are clearly marked with three letters each, small enough to put in a travel toiletry kit but big enough to handle many pills, comes as a set of two different colors - can be used for day and night or just to have two weeks worth of daily pills loaded up. Opens very easily with two hands. Can also open using just one hand but needs a bit of force (probably why it stays shut when traveling). Opening it is not a problem at all for me (it’s easier than the last one I had ) but not sure how easy it would be with significant physical limitations of the hands. Have had it for several weeks so don’t know how well it holds up over months and years but seems quite sturdy and is inexpensive to replace if ever needed.

I really like the different colors as I use for AM & PM. They are not super small so will hold several pills. I don't use them for travel but they appear to close well. If you are looking for something very small for just two pills, then these will be quite big. No idea how well they will last but the price was good.

I owned a set for 2 years and ordered another set. The locks work great, the size can hold up to 13 pills I use.Good quality at a good price

This is a superior medicine planner set up. I love the rounded, smooth corners, easy open/close but quite secure when closed. East to differentiate between AM and PM. I take just a few routine blood pressure pills 2 x day, but I do take a few supplements each pm. For some reason, these pills are always huge, but they still fit in compartment. Mine is so good that the cat felt compelled to knock it off of the kitchen counter and direct it to the dog, who apparently enjoyed chewing the pill box up, even taking some BP med ( she had a very quiet night that night). I am back to order more due to the cat/dog antics. I really do recommend this particular version.
