These cases close nicely. They won’t come open unless you open them. That is what I wanted for my luggage, and these deliver. If you’ve ever dropped your medication while on the street or had your pill case open in your luggage, get these.I love that the daily pills are separable from the week and that the morning is separable from the evening. This saves me from buying a pill case for my pocket.I used the EZ open pill containers for a while because I have low dexterity, but those burst open in my luggage more than once. These can be tricky for me because I have very short fingernails, but I can pry up on it with some practice and enough control that I don’t pull so hard I throw the pills everywhere. A little tricky, but has never come open by accident, which was the whole reason I bought these. I was tempted to store a guitar pick with the pills to open them, but I’ve figured it out, I hook my finger in the pill case lip from behind, pull it really close to me and pull with both hands to get it open. I hope you have more dexterity than me, but I would not get these for children or those with arthritis.

Does a good job but if you take one of the pill pods out with you, the day labels are easily scratched and soon become messy looking. Would recommend a little pouch to go with set to protect the individual compartments when taking them out for the day. Other than that, it does the job.

I bought two of these, really like how the individual sides can be taken apart. Also like outer box is water tight. For am & pm weekly pill box size is not too big, case seems solid. Would recommend.

This is a perfect little (actually good sized) organizer. Each AM/PM pod easily has space for my needs including Omegas (which rarely fit) Clapse are secure on both the pod and the holder, neither of which is flimsy. I purchased the yellow/amber/oraneg colour and it was true to the picture.

This is exactly what i’ve been looking for for years now and haven’t been able to find. When my 15 YO daughter needed to start taking medication daily for migraines, I wanted to get her a pill container that was cute, colorful and allowed her to discreetly take her meds with her. I love that the AM and PM come apart so she can easily slip one into an overnight bag or pocket when she won’t be at home. Also can mix and match if you want by putting Friday PM with Saturday AM for example. You can start your week on whatever day you want to make refills easy.

This pill organizer has detachable day and night sections for each day of the week, so it's easy to just detach a section if you're on the run rather than having to haul around an entire gigantic pill case. Each segment is fairly large, so it can handle a decent number of pills at a time. It looks good, and it's solidly put together, so I have no complaints!

We have tried a few different pill boxes, but there was always a problem. Too small, doesn't close securely, labelling wears out. This pill organizer tops them all. It's easy to open each compartment, yet it closes securely. The labelling is very smooth (making it less likely to rub off), and easy to read. Compartments are a little larger than other pill organizers, so these will easily accommodate larger pills. In our opinion the best feature is the detachable compartments, which enables us to have out only the pills we need, versus having a full day's worth of pills out at one time. This is very helpful to avoid any confusion or medication errors in dispensing, plus it takes up a little less space in a purse or pocket. The box which holds each container is very nicely done, easy to open and closes securely (a must when packing for travel).
