Came from a larger roll. Is an arch shaped item. I need a flat item for bottom of shoe for a lift. Weather has not been hot enough to try to put it in sun's head and make it flat. Even so I am suspect it will remember it came with a bend and try to return to that shape. If so then it would not stay on a shoe if it did start to return to shape it arrived, Will let people know if they write to me at end of summer after I've given the item a chance. Bottom line is not flat as shown in photo . .
