Long story short .. there is NO way you can fit all of this into the sleeve I have messed with it for hours , also so important missing components. So I took my L and I stripped it of its components and they are going into my own IFAK kits . I wouldn't recommend anyone buy this product although it does look very cool.. it just doesn't fit . I'd source from somewhere else in my opion.. now what todo with the sleeve? Who knows.

Exactly what I needed for my car. Has more than the cheap first aid kits from the store. And it’s easy to strap in behind a seat or other location!

First off, we all know this is a trauma kit which has been stated many times, and not a typical first aid kit. The nasopharyngeal airway tube states on it to lubricate it with a water-soluble gel, yet there isn't a packet of it in this kit anywhere. Also, the chest vent seal is nice, but there should be two in this kit in my opinion for the price of it. Because there is usually a need for two in the case of a gunshot wound for instance, when it goes through and makes two holes. Or even in the event a hunting arrow goes through someone, you would need two.Secondly, this kit takes an act of war to get the stuff into it and put together, the fabric binds against itself so bad it doesn't slide together like it should. Good luck trying to get it apart in the case of actually having to use it. This is a case of making the holder as cheap as possible and trying to make it look cool, instead of functional. They did not develop this with functionality in mind.I have knives and scissors that I could use because this kit doesn't have anything like that, but a pair of tweezers and a safety whistle also a marker. Not that it would even accommodate those things as it is so tight on space. I had to stick the compressed gauze pads in the belt loop, and the emergency blanket and triangle bandage for your arm sling in the torniquet loops. It just needs some things changed and added and I think this could be a better kit than it is.

Everything in my kit was manufactured very recently with expiration dates years away. There are a few things missing though such as EMT shears, a torniquet, and lube for the nasopharangeal airway, and a second chest seal. This is more of a trauma kit than a boo-boo kit, so it doesn't have things like medications/eye wash that a regular first aid kit might have. It's more for things like gunshot wounds, though it really should have the torniquet and second chest seal if it's being used for that. I have another kit by the same company and that kit is slightly different but doesn't come with the MOLLE pouch. The other kit does have a torniquet and EMT shears. So I ended up combining the two kits. The bag itself is ok. It's a bit small and hard to access. I can see most people not having a clue how to get at anything inside it. The way to open it isn't intuitive. You need to un-Velcro one of the side tabs and give it a hard yank to rip the guts from the MOLLE sleeve. It's fast, but you need to know how to do it. Overall a decent kit if you supplement it with a few more items.
