I saw this and really wanted to give it a try. It arrived today Monday Feb 17th 2025 and the first thing I noticed was some finger prints on the lid and the sensor seems to have some scratches on it. Not big or deep but noticeable and made me wonder if it had been used and returned. I put the batteries in and the garbage bag. I place the lid on and the blue light comes on and I wait for the suction to start and suck the bag to the inside walls but nope it doesn't do anything. I wave my hand over the sensor and the lid opens just fine and the blue ring goes left to right and lid shuts. I tried swapping batteries with another set of new ones even though the one I put in it are also new and go through the same steps and....nothing just a trash can that opens and closes. So pretty disappointing because the vacuum feature is what got me to buy it. I don't see an option to contact seller, hoping maybe it's operator error. Overall nice trashcan take up lottle space. The size is perfect. Just wish it worked as advertised. Only giving it a 1 star for now because it's just a touchless trashcan and the main selling feature doesn't even work oit of the box. I will change to 5 if able to get issue resolved.

It's a little smaller than I thought and I had to buy bags the right size for it, but it is really a great little trash can. I love that it automatically pulls the excess air out when you put in a new bag so that it fills the canister completely. It looks great in our bathroom.

I was very excited when received this trash can. Nice design and convenient operation. However, in less than 6 months it stopped working without obvious reasons. Changing batteries did no help. Also, I did not use it heavily, just once in a while. Do not recommend buying it. Go for mechanical operated can, it will last longer if not forever.

I really like this trash can I can't go back to not having an automatic sensor trash can in my bathroom. It feels weird when I'm like staying with someone else can I go to use the bathroom and they don't have one of these. With that being said twice now the hinges on this have broken so that the lid doesn't lift. The first time it was when I was cleaning it and apparently pushed it too much or something. So I bought another one, and that one broke today when some Charmin wipes fell on it while the lid was closed. They're too flimsy. Lids should not break with like minimal touching. The issue is the small hinges inside that are actually responsible for lifting the lid. So while I did love this product while it was working, the fact that I now have had to replace it twice means I'm not replacing it with this brand. The vacuum feature for the bag is also great. So, if you plan to never clean or accidentally drop something on this it's a good purchase. Otherwise, find something with more sturdy hinges.

I really liked this can. It was very responsive & the fact that it vacuums the inside bag to the side of the can therefore there’s more room inside for garbage. I thought that this was awesome. However, its top is broken now. One side of the lid broke off idk how. 🥺

I love the automatic function but be sure to warn visitors. I bought it after seeing it in my bestfriend's bathroom. She had a visitor who didn't realize it was automatic and who knows what she did, managed to damage the auto-function. She must have tried to open the can forcefully! It has been almost a year since I bought it. I love it.

I really like this little trash can for my bathroom. It fits perfectly beside my toilet. I like that visitors can’t see what’s in my trash when using my bathroom. And since I use pads every day, the smell is contained. It opens when you wave over it and closes gently. It has worked just fine since I put the batteries in it.Update 5/30/24. I was so happy with this little trash can. But when I went to change to bag last night one of the hinges broke. I need to find out how to contact the seller to see if I can get a replacement hinge! HELP!

I put this little trash can in my tiny bathroom mostly for discarded paper towels. It holds more wadded up paper towels than you'd imagine! It sucks the bag against the inside of the can and the motion detection is superb! You don't have to get directly above the sensor and wave your hand. Get near it and it opens up like a greedy kid wanting to be fed! I thought it was malfunctioning when it started opening and closing continuously with no one near it. It was almost full and a piece of paper towel was hanging out causing it not to close properly. Oh, and it comes with a little supply of trash bags. Love this little tissue eating monster!
