Had some overspray on the body, and had a massive scratch coming out of the box. Smelled bad at first but it went away quick enough. The valves were a bit tight even after some lubrication, and needs to be exactly lined up. Seems to be in tune though so it should be fine.
The nectar flavor is no good.🤢

It's a total mess out of the box. Paint is all over it inside and out. Needed to scrape off some and pull out a gun cleaning kit to get the paint out of where the valves go so the could work. After a few cycles and days, it plays OK for a low end budget instrument. It's kind of fun to have and does play once you work on it.

This is a great beginners instrument for cornet and trumpet players. Even brass players (French Horn) like me enjoy playing it.
