I bought this for our 12lb Havanese boy specifically because it had said "hard bottom" support. This is not true. While the overall bag is nice looking and very thick material (warm as well), the bottom support makes it useless for us.Our dog was being awkwardly rolled up into a ball while the bottom support folded in on itself. We used it several times and now our dog is scared of it because it was so uncomfortable for him. We then decided to get an actual 'hard bottom' dog bag (most are not) and are much happier with the support and our dog isn't afraid of bags anymore.

We bought it for my cat. Of course he hates it, but we love it. It does its job. We folded a small throw in size of the bottom and put it in, so that our cat can sit in comfortably. We like the shoulder pads, it helps spreading the pressure.

This is such a wonderful carry bag for my 3 lb Cavapoo. I put a blanket in the bottom. It also has a hard plastic piece in the bottom that’s sturdy and keeps her sitting just right, no sagging. She likes it and snuggles right in. I like the hook that attaches to her harness, it’s safer. Also it has a pouch in front that I use for my wallet. A pouch on the side for her leash, potty bag roll and roomy. Highly recommend!

My little 4.5lb chi enjoys being in his pouches. I use this one predominantly when we are usually in hotter climates because the top is netted.There is a back square zipper pouch for poop bags, keys, other things you may not need right away.On the outer side facing myself is a zip up pocket for ID, phone, credit cards, etc.It has a solid base with an Anchor leash attachment inside the bag.I’m fortunate my dog is very well behaved but I can see the netting up top, along with the toggle to close it up, as a problem for feisty dogs wanting out.It is very comfortable to wear with a wide padded strap.

I spent an entire week first comparing all slings available for my one year old Toy Poodle. Based on reading hundreds of reviews, I knew SlowTon was the carrier I wanted based on the adjustable and padded strap. I wanted him to sit against a particular part of my body. I suffered from fractured cervical and lumbar vertebra years ago, so I had to make sure I could support the sling if necessary. (So far, I haven't. It is comfortable and sits exactly as I hoped and I have not had problems with pain). Then I had to decide whether to get the soft sling or hard bottom version. This brought my screen time up 96%. After reading all the reviews for the soft, no-bottom and counting how many people liked the sling but wished it had a hard bottom....I ordered the hard bottom. I was absolutely right. The cotton material is soft and Bart was delighted to get right into it, clearly because it held him securely and he was snug up against me. He sits comfortably on the "hard bottom." If it were up to him, he would never walk again. As you can see by the photo, rather than nap in his bed the first night we tried it, he elected to snuggle into the sling on the floor and go to sleep. Bart is 7 Lbs and I chose the 5-12 Lb size which was the correct size for him. I have not used the clip for his harness yet as we have only walked around the house in his sling to allow him to know he is safe. He seems fine with the mesh top closed, but I am not sure it will be necessary. Still glad it's an option. I suggest if you do order this or any sling that you spend the time in the house using the sling with your dog in it so it becomes a natural way of being together.

I like the size -perfect for my toy poodle pup and easily has room to spare as he grows. It’s comfortable to wear - I’m in an electric wheelchair and it works so well for me - I can still drive my wheelchair with my pup on board safely attached to the sling with the base of the sling nestled on my lap. It works for my husband too when he walks our other dog - pup can come too. All round 5 star from us.

My dog loved it, fell asleep instantly because she felt so comfortable inside! The best thing about this bag is the removable "hard" bottom, flexible enough not to hurt your hip/leg. The bottom curls a little upwards, which was actually good as I believe it prevented the dog from sliding around as I walked. If you remove the bottom, the bag doubles up as a regular dog sling (great in cold weather for improved cuddling). Finally, because of the mesh on the top, which could be completely closed above the head of my little friend, the bag complies with pet policies for public transportation in my area. The only thing not so great is that the zippers and the mesh have a different grey tone from the fabric, but I guess I can live with that.

My little Tibetan Spaniel, Charlie, has been a trooper over the years and could easily accompany me over walks of 5 km or more. I needed a way to walk my other younger dog without letting Charlie miss out. He can now walk until he is tired and I can easily put him into the pouch and carry him on long walks. Charlie weighs about 6 kilogram so my shoulder does get a bit tired, but it is easy to swap to the other shoulder.There is a clip where I can clip onto Charlie's harness, so that he can not jump out, when there is excitement such as passing dogs. There is also ample space for me to stash away his lead and a water bottle and treats or even a phone. Overall pretty satisfied with this purchase.

I have tried many carry bags for my 7.5 lb pup and this one seems to be the most comfortable for her and the most comfortable for me. She likes hanging one of both paws off the edge of the bag and seems very content when she is being carried. It fits close to front of my body, so there is very little 'bounce' for her to have to deal with. For me, the width and paddedness (I do not think that is a real word, but now it is) put less pressure on the area between my neck and shoulder than other straps. My reason for a 4 for comfort, is that I wish there was just a little more or make the strap even wider to that is curls around the shoulder (think a cupped shoulder pad) to further reduce pressure. Something to consider is that while this bag is not really shallow, my pup seems to do well with it because she is calm when carried. I dog that has difficult remaining still or is bigger than about 8 lbs, might not be as comfortable with this bag or it might be difficulty to contain them. The bottom has some support but it does bend - this is something to take into consideration for some dogs as well. My pup and I love it though. My rating for sturdiness was a 4 out of 5 because the pocket (which is big enough to hold a galaxy s8) zipper stopped closing the day after my 30 days. It still works as an unzipped pocket, but that was a bummer. Regardless, for smaller, calmer dogs - 2 thumbs up.

From India Nagpur The bag Comfortable for both of us Culture Pomeranians 3 kg sits, although my pet is little aggressive however in bag it remains under control . The strap over the shoulder is wide and fits comfortably with the foam padding. Bottom padding of hard on bottom can be removed easily thru zipper. Pet remain under control in bag. I am 5.5 ft. tall this does not hang on the floor. Adjustable strap Fits perfectly just above my hip. The netting closure to reinforce pups safety with a safety hook for pups collar/harness. Thick cotton feel sturdy material & of Good Quality dogs enjoy sitting inside. Good Bye however slightly costlier.Love the outside strap pocket and side zipper pocket lots of room for phone, Keys , poop scoop, bag & carry sanitizer bottle helpful this pandemic.

Used for a mini teckel... +- 10 pounds.I added a little more stiffnest to the "floor" of the bag!Besides that... just perfect
