In my attic there is an old fashioned pull-string light fixture that illuminates my attic. The original pull string with attaching chain dry-rotted and snapped. I didn't want to invest much in a replacement since it the entire light fixture could be replaced inexpensively to upgrade to a modern switch.Wanting to avoid that step I sought a cheap functional replacement pull string. In this order I received 6 pull strings with chain attachments, a life-time supply at a very low cost.The only reason I docked this a star is that these strings were discolored from age, and I'm not certain how long I'll be able to use without these also breaking. Nevertheless, there are now five spares included so I'll likely still be in business.

I had a half dozen ceiling lights with broken strings that were a struggle to turn on or off. These are just the ticket to fix them. A little tricky to get the old link off the chain but worth the effort.
