We thought this slide would be an awesome addition to our onslaught of sleds. It would be great; however, you cannot control it. It spins down the hill uncontrollably and didn't seem safe for the kids.

Great little Toboggan, really nice quality well made.The name is correct it i a racer! This little sled is fast! My daughter loves it, it is just her size and she loves the handles. She was flying down our sled trail this winter, we got lots of snow and this sled was well used. Sled is in great shape and should last several more years.Very well made and my daughter enjoyed it, said it was easy to steer. It is fast, she bailed off several times because it was really moving along, she learned to roll off when needed.It was negative 30 here at times, the Toboggan set outside in this, still seems fine. Good little sled.

This is not a bad little sled. It goes pretty fast with the slick bottom & it's crafted well with thick plastic that won't peel after it gets wet a few times. It will definitely get used but we have many different styles of sleds & my kids do tend to go for the ones with raised edges before this. They seem to prefer that & feel more "tucked in" that way. That could be mainly a preference thing. The handle placement is a bit awkward though because they're placed so close to the front of the sled so you can't hold them comfortably without leaning forward a bit. My daughter said gripping them was sort of uncomfortable (her hand rubbed against the plastic circles). Our other sleds handles are placed near the "seat" as opposed to the front & do have wider, more stable grips.Overall, this is a good sled- it's just with so many options nowadays it's not the "favorite" in our home.
