T nuts slide in and lock into 45 series profile like its supposed to. They do not have any locking mechanism so they will slide once you put them in. What I did was screw into the t nut first and then tightened so that the locking part will catch onto the aluminum profile slot and stay.

The T nuts work well in the 20x20 channel I have. The finish is good. The tapping of the screw holes is clean, and the screws thread in easily, but snuggly.

Not much to say, they are T-nuts. They fit well in the 2020 extrusions for my 3d printer. They grab and tighten as you'd expect, so no problems in the design. The pieces appear to be consistent and properly deburred (or maybe they are just nicely finished right out of the forming stage?). That's about it.

I bought this for a 40x40 extrusion with a 8mm slot. The description shows it being 8mm wide, so it will fit in the slot. They are actually 9.82-9.83mm wide, so they cannot drop in the slot.Quality seems ok but I never got to use them due to the above reason.
