We bought these for camping to put under our sleeping bags! TERRIBLE! Did nothing! We ended up having to drive to the nearest town to find a substitute. This mat would work fine for yoga but my god not for sleeping support.

Is comfortable to sleep on, the only thing I would change is the strap that keeps it rolled. They are not tight and feel like they might slide off. It is very lightweight and easy to carry.

This barely qualifies as padding. It is thin and does not begin to pad over small imperfections on the ground. I am not talking about a 1 inch jagged rock. Even a half inch branch can be felt. Get one of the "waffled" designs and pass on this cheap piece of ugly foam.

I gave this 5 stars for comfort not because it is comfortable, but because it is as comfortable as a half inch of closed cell foam can be! In truth I bought this to provide the very lightest pad to carry for sitting or lounging on our hard rocky ground during a dayhike. I can double or triple it for sitting, and given its intended use, I may even trim down the length at some point. I could never sleep on so thin and firm a surface, though there are some hardened souls who seem able to do do. But closed cell foam is (relatively) inexpensive, waterproof, floats, and most importantly is light as a feather. (If a bit bulky.) And not being "inflated" cannot develop a leak and become useless. While understandably just CC foam, we'll see how durable this specimen proves to be.

No me gustó, no cumple con las funciones para lo que está diseñado. Al hacer las posiciones te resbalas además de que el material es muy frágil no tiene ni tres semanas de que lo recibí y ya está todo marcado y no regresa a su forma original. Muy caro y muy chafa

Es ideal para acampar por qué es muy largo, es de buen grosor y suave, yo lo quiero para hacer ejercicio solo espero que no se haga plano muy rápido por que es puro fomi.
