Big sturdy turner, little brother of a pizza peel. With this turner and a griddle you are on your way to smash burger heaven. I don’t run it through the dishwasher because of the wood handle, but otherwise it’s great .

Just pay attention to the size before purchasing. The metal spatula is larger than a BK whopper. I was looking for a smaller flipper. It is substantially heavy for its size, great for scraping big iron pans.

Great for burgers, omelettes, hash browns, potato pancakes, and etc. only problem is that I’m not used to a spatula that does bottom down on the counter so you always need something under it, but it’s a fine trade off for how well it works!

This is the perfect size for making smash burgers. Just use another spatula to press the meat under this one and you can get the perfect burger. Then, use this one to flip the burger as it has the right width. A great addition to any kitchen.

Not much to add to the title; I wish I'd found this years ago.Bought it primarily to scrape the griddle in my grill to remove food residue from prior cooks, and it does that extremely well. It's very stiff and thus very effective at getting down to the surface of the griddle.Turns out it's also excellent at flipping burgers, steaks (land and sea), and other relatively round or square food items. You'll probably still want a fish flipper for those long filets of salmon, trout, etc (i.e., anything over about 7-8 inches in length).Buy one.
