  • 1.When the tank runs out of propane, the indicator will show RED. The regulator will automatically turn to the other tank, and conveying propane from this tank
  • 2.Rotate the lever to the other side
  • 3.The indicator will show A CLEAR WINDOW, which means a normal gas supply in this side
  • 4.Remove the empty tank and get it filled, your gas supply not be interrupted at the same time
  • 5.Reinstall the filled gas tank and ready for use

My only issue is not with the function of the regulator its with mounting it to the RV, next to the permanent tank will half to hard pipe it to the permanent tank to keep it from flopping about.

I use mine for my homes 13,000 watt whole house generator. Connect up two 40 lb propane tanks and you will have an extended run time and can switch out the empty tank at you leisure. Seems like very good quality unit.

Installed with gas tape, both lines leaked at mounting screws . Yes they were tight.Used old lines and no leaks.

Purchased a year ago, worked great until one side began leaking propane. A couple months later and both sides now leak propane. Disappointed.

I like the option to have the switch in the middle so it can go from one tank to the other . I only do that if the one tank is low and it’s at night when it’s a little cooler out .
