Perfect replacement. The eight year old regulator was acting up in frigid cold weather. The motor home furnace would not ignite reliably. Nothing like waking up cause the temp inside the RV has dropped to 35 degrees. Hot water occasionally not igniting. Yellowish flames on the stove top and oven burner. The LP tank is not anywhere near empty either. This new regulator resolved the issues. I often have a Suburban NT-30 SP 30,000 BTU RV furnace, Atwood 6 gallon LP hot water heater, and LP gas range with oven baking a pizza while cooking dinner, someone showering and its only 4 degrees outside. This regulator does the job of keeping the correct flow of LP coming to all the appliances simultaneously no matter the weather conditions.

I have gone through many of these dual-regulators as I have several tiny cabins on my property. THis one has a steel/brass coated connector to the propane tank, and doesn't put what I consider the useless plastic piece around it. This way a good wrench can be used to fasten the connection (but's don't over tighten). Worth the money.

First off I’ve had the regulator a year, sitting in a box waiting to be needed. This past weekend I needed a substitute heat source and pulled the regulator out of its packaging. Installed the regulator and it leaked like crazy (soapy water test) where it screwed into the tank. Removed and inspected. The POL end had a flat spot with rough material (see pics) so I cleaned that up hoping it would seal. Reinstalled and the opposite end (see pics) cracked when screening it on the male fitting for the line. The male fitting had Teflon tape, as it should) to seal but wasn’t overly wrapped in it. The housing of the regulator is thin and very weak. It weighed a fraction of my old one. This along with the damaged POL end, I can’t recommend this and would give it ZERO stars if I could. Guess I should have inspected it upon receipt instead of trusting it would be good when I need it. I’m out $20, but hopefully this will save someone else.

Bought to replace unit on my westfalia. Works and fits as good as original regulator, did not have to modify any of the propane lines

I received the regulator very quickly after ordering. I have installed the regulator and it is working. I have it attached to a 100 lb propane tank. It fuels propane logs in my house.

I have a propane generator that I use with a 100lb tank and a short piece of hose. My professional regulator which had all sorts of adapters failed. I smelled it leaking one day. This guy installed in 5 minutes and everything was correct, no adaptation required.I will update this review for longevity or in case of failure, but so far so good.

I priced one of these at the local propane dealer and wow what a difference. I put it on a propane heater and it is working great.

Works like a charm. Have a tall propane bottle that runs the fireplace, this easy to install regulator regulates well. Nice and warm.
