This flashlight is by far the best one we’ve ever used. We have a huge backyard and after dark it gets pretty hard to see. We worry because we have 3 dogs we don’t want to lose site of. Once we shine this light it’s so bright and we can see the entire side of the yard. It also zooms in on small spaces so you can focus more on that area. We plan on getting several more. Very pleased with this purchase.

This flashlight is really bright, and the casing is heavy-duty; says it can be used to break glass, but it is also heavier than most flashlights, sort of like a Maglite. The instructions say if you place the light on focus, it can ignite a fire, and although I haven't tried it, I'd be interested to see if that is true. The instructions had a warning that said it could get so hot that it automatically steps down the brightness which is a nice feature, but it's supposed to be LED and that might be annoying if you really need the bright light and it's getting dimmer on you due to it possibly overheating. I wouldn't pay this much for a flashlight, unless you camp and it really can ignite a fire, then that might be handy, especially since it says it can work for 16hrs on a full charge, but that might be on the lowest setting. On a side note, it came with a soft velvet storage bag and the flashlight wouldn't fit in it, only the handle part would; that seems like a quality issue.

The flashlight is pretty big and in it's bright mode, can really go through the battery fast. It is nice that it can charge another usb device though. It does feel very solid but again, it is a lot bigger than expected and I was unable to get it to fit in the carry bag it came with.
